Rules for using ClaimMe

Acceptance

By using ClaimMe.app, claiming a spot, uploading media, or publishing a canvas, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Claiming Spots

A claim gives you a temporary right to build and publish a canvas on a spot. It does not give you permanent ownership of the spot, the globe, the ClaimMe name, or any part of the service.

Claim windows, publish locks, and timers are shown in the app and may change as the product is tested and improved. If a claim expires, the draft may publish automatically or become unavailable.

Beta Claims

ClaimMe.app claims are open during the current beta. A claim gives you a temporary build window; it does not guarantee that the same spot will remain available after the published lock ends.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you already have in content you upload. By uploading or publishing content, you give ClaimMe permission to host, store, display, resize, render, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content.

Content Rules

Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful. Do not upload private personal information about someone without permission. Do not upload sexual content involving minors under any circumstance.

Moderation and Removal

ClaimMe may remove content, disable claims, block uploads, or preserve records when needed to protect users, operate the service, respond to disputes, or comply with law. We do not promise to review every canvas before it appears.

No Permanent Storage

ClaimMe is temporary by design. Published content, spot history, drafts, and media may be deleted under our Data Retention Policy. Do not use ClaimMe as your only copy of important files.

Service Changes

ClaimMe is an evolving product. Features, timers, storage limits, claim rules, and policies may change. We may suspend or stop the service if needed.

Disclaimers

ClaimMe is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of content, or that user-generated content will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate.
